While most people, don't realize that there employers are valuable resources for being a joint venture or partnership in your new campagin. Especially if it will help your boss increase revenues, exposure, etc. It could even mean a promotion for you.
While working with my boss in mind, I was able to focus, devote time towards developing a system that will benefit both of us. Best of both worlds? Well some employers may feel that this new duties will stop you from performing the job tasks at hand.
My first advice, is work hard towards getting in your bosses eye as a key employee a team player that knows how to help steer the business properly, and is looking out for the interest of company, and not only yourself. Remember that, in order for it to work well, it needs to be a collaborate with his business.
